Whenever I travel somewhere, I make an effort to visit popular restaurants in the vicinity, and this one was a delightful suggestion.
Mountain pies, Colorado style pizza.
This pizza, in particular, has cheese, mushroom, pineapple, ham, and cherries! A robust and fruity flavor that I found paired fairly well when combined. The scenery in this quaint and pretty town is pretty spectacular as well.
